Phoebus now has available the Nanotemplate Growth System including:

  • Two sizes of Nanotemplates are available, either 1.5x1.5cm2 samples or 4" wafers
  • Sample chucks to perform nanowire electrochemical growth
  • Nanowire growth software compatible with Gamry Potentialstats

Packaged Samples

Samples Research-scale (1.5 cm x 1.5 cm) multilayer nanotemplates on silicon wafer substrate. Nanopores terminate to active Pt electrode and sample has backside Ti/Au contact. Nominal pore dimensions are 25 nm (dia) by 1.0 micron (length) with porosity fraction of 0.60. Template can be ordered with a variety of materials in the pores.
